Madeleine Downey
I’m a depth-oriented psychotherapist, facilitator, and author from Vancouver, Canada. I’m drawn to the places where story, psyche, and embodiment meet—where Jungian/archetypal perspectives and narrative therapy help us make meaning without collapsing nuance. My work invites the both/and of being human: reclaiming voice, tending shadow, and practicing connection over certainty. I write and teach on love, loss, legacy, and the myths we inherit, so we can author truer stories to live by, and stumble our way down the lifelong path of coming home to the Self.
